This policy applies to wheelyclean.ca and describes how Wheely Clean ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information from visitors, patients, and job applicants. We're a small mobile dental hygiene business based in Victoria, BC, and we handle your information the way we'd want ours handled.

Booking an appointment is handled through our separate online booking system at booking.wheelyclean.ca, which has its own booking record and may collect information directly from you as part of scheduling; if you have questions about that system specifically, let us know and we'll point you to the right place.

Form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox using Resend, an email delivery service — we don't store submissions in a separate database on this site. Your message lives in our email the same way it would if you'd emailed us directly.
This site is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. As a small team, we limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you or provide your care.
Under BC's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@wheelyclean.ca and we'll take care of it.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We'll never make a change that reduces your rights without telling you.
